Customer Success Reports
This kit includes 2 reports for Customer Success. The Executive Summary Report provides a high-level view of estate health, application performance and information on potential projects and use cases outside of the scope of the report. The Digital Workspace Diagnostics Report gives a detailed view of user experience, application performance, security, and other areas. This report is also separated out into 10 individual reports. You may want to run one of these individual reports instead if there are only one or two specific areas you are interested in, or if the environment is particularly large and the main report is timing out.
